I watched the MWC 2026 announcements roll in. Samsung and AMD hyping AI-powered networks. Ericsson claiming Level 4 RAN autonomy. Microsoft saying accounting work will be fully automated in 18 months.

Here's what nobody tells you. These announcements are real. But they're not accessible to 99% of companies. The network automation play requires telecom infrastructure. The manufacturing play needs factories and robots. The accounting prediction assumes Microsoft's full stack.

The actual gap? Most founders are still building manual workflows that should be automated. Teams are drowning in repetitive tasks that AI agents could handle today.

Let me show you what's shipping, what's accessible, and how you can build similar workflows this week.

What the Giants Actually Shipped

Samsung: AI-Driven Factories by 2030

Samsung announced AI-Driven Factories, planning to integrate autonomous systems for logistics, production, quality control, and safety by 2030. They showed digital twins and specialized robots. It's impressive. It's also a 4-year roadmap requiring billions in hardware.

What you can learn: They started with specific robot types. Operating, Logistics, Assembly, Environmental Safety. Not one general factory robot. Four specialized agents with narrow scopes.

Pattern to copy: Don't build one agent to do everything. Build four agents that do one thing well.

What's real: Level 4 doesn't mean fully autonomous. It means the system can handle most situations but escalates to humans for edge cases. Progressive autonomy.

Here's the gap. Enterprise announcements are impressive but inaccessible. What's accessible right now?
